Refunds are issued once a returned item has been received and inspected, and meets our return requirements.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which covers processing, handling, and restocking costs.
When the fee may be waived
The restocking fee may be waived if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item or variant was sent and a replacement is unavailable
Waiver requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Replacements Instead of Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. This will always be discussed and confirmed with you before proceeding.
